This is not a good headline, and was responsible for most of the selloff late in the day.

15:36 [HWP] HEWLETT-PACKARD SEES SECOND HALF SLOWDOWN IN 1999 LIKELY.

We'll see how that plays out tomorrow for techs. Strange day though, NAZ up 30, and INTC and DELL down for the day. RMBS was strong as was those bastions of value, the internets!
