This is to all: I don't think GLEN will mind if I post this info. This is from yesterday 10/14/98 Hello ALL! Here is an email that CHUCK98 sent to me, and GLEN's reply to CHUCK98. I emialed CHUCK98 and asked how his review was going with PNLK'S site and this was his reply. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Allan; Thanks for your E-Mail regarding PNLK. As you know I see a lot of sites like this and this one is well put together. However I am left wondering why I would subscribe to this site or any where I can find the same information several places on the net for free. As I indicated the site is well put together but I would certainly find another avenue to market it than paid subscriptions. I could be wrong on this and have been wrong many times in the past however I found nothing particularly enlightning that i could not find many other places like stat-usa Best regards Chuck ---------------------------------------------------------------------- GLEN'S reply to CHUCK ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Chuck, I was just forwarded your response to Allen Van Wert regarding your review of ProNetLink. I thank you for the comment that the site was well put together but I was wondering how you could tell someone that this information was available on other sites for free and then specifically mention Stat-USA. First of all Stat-USA is not free. It costs $150 per year for rehashed DOC info. Secondly, there is no company database on that site. Mostly trade leads and other DOC documents. I challenge you to find, lets say, steel wire companies in Asia on Stat-USA or any other site for free. I just did it in on ProNetLink in under 30 seconds and found 127 companies with their contact data. The data base that is on PNL has over 2,750,000 million companies worldwide and would cost you over $250,000 to get Dun & Bradstreet to give you access to it. I assure you that this info is not sitting somewhere else for free. Can you tell me what forms are needed to ship into Singapore?. Argentina? That information is quickly available on PNL and you can print the forms. These are just a few of the elements on PNL. Sure you can find things on the internet..if you have all day. The material on PNL is designed to come up quickly and is not available anywhere else for free... no matter how long you search. Finally, PNL is a trade directory...a place to list your company to be found by other companies. It is internationally marketed and a great deal at less than a dollar a day. Review this site again against any similar site and you see that I am correct. Thank you for your time. Glenn Zagoren President Zagoren-Zozzora, Inc.
