Why would this be a problem?

Actually, I would say that the heavy volume increased when we hit
$30. I guess that was profit taking. It coincided with the Naz
day plot. I did see a lot more of the volume on the ask side
when we got to $30, if that means much.

Going past $30, is probably too much for today, since there
has to be profit taking after a long stretch, I gather.
But, OTOH, this is options
week, and it is to some investor's advantage, I think, to boost
the price up fast. Lot's of options activity in the calls today,
and somebody could have made decent $$ in the 30 call option. By
afternoon it had appreciated at least 30%.

Anyways, I'm just wondering if some of the COMS behavior is due
to options.

Also, there was some fairy decent news. Corebuilder product was
one aspect. Also, Lucent had some good news, and this gave
a lift to the networkers I think.

I gather by your opinion, that you're not sure what will happen.
I was thinking that profit taking would be at 31 or 32, and then
set up for retest of 33-34. Volume today, was moderate.
