I'm looking for a couple things from 97's financials. Did they reduce or dissolve the overdue payroll and workman's comp. payables and fines? Or is interest still accruing? An increase in revenues? Pretty basic there. Outstanding shares. We'll finally know how many shares Arif grabbed in '98.

Freddie,

I am guessing that the 1997 financials will deal only with the state of things at the end of 1997.....including the number of outstanding shares then (I'm guessing about 21 million) and, I assume, the number of shares held by insiders at that time (such as Arif Adam.....guessing 11 million here to equate to over 51%).

Therefore, it seems to me that we will "officially" know about the true current outstanding share count only when FAMH releases audited financials for, say, the 9 months ended Sep. 1998 (by the end of 1998 per Randy).

Am I wrong here?
