The tech stocks need to deflate a LOT. However, a coordinated market crash seems less likely to me because some sectors have already been very deflated. Hence one scenario could see some convergence between tech and non-tech in the near future followed by a coordinated dive. Techs will be drifting sideways to down as non-techs (especially smaller caps) rally a little. MER and the like are close to a third of their peak value. If that isn't a crash already what is?

Re: "Unfortunately we have all heard that dumb commercial about who has the power. It isn't some jerk trading on Etrade or some former Intel engineer. Its that guy in New York, trading for Merrill Lynch."

What! Bankers Trust may go belly up because they listened to and backed those New York traders at Merrill Lynch with their hedge fund gambling but their not jerks in your eyes? Maybe those same traders are currently buying all the YAHOO potential and selling all the INTEL surety they can get their hands on! Go, go follow them Mr. Fiondella cause their not jerks their idiots!
