Jack~ What your failing to realize is I was not part of the management group of Airstar. Believe me, I wouldn't have put any of the so-called "clowns" in office. To tell you the truth, I don't even think the circus would hire them! If the rope tightens, I hope it is really tight around each neck who is responsible for the demise of this company. As for a shareholder's meeting, I did everything I could to facilitate one. But unfortunately, I am only one voice and being one voice, I can only scream so loud. You get to the point when you realize that no one is going to listen to you until its to late. That is the position where I am now. As for being part of the Lanza group-------I am my own person and am only responsible for my own actions and mistakes. If you have a complaint with a "Lanza," it should be addressed to the individual. Not as a group, as I can not speak for anyone else but Jayne Lanza. I did not have any dealings with you personally, only my comments through this Web-Site, so any complaints with this company can't be directed to me as I was not involved. If I had, we would not be in this situation today and you would have seen a qualified Board of Director's with shareholder involvement and support. Jayne Lanza
