Hi John,
I was just trying to wade through the recent 10/22 filings for GTSG.
The stock's up the last couple of days along with everybody else. There are a couple of hundred pages there and I'm about to go blind. They have so many different convertable bonds, stock issues, employee stock options, etc. I'm having a hard time sorting it all out, so I haven't been able to figure out yet exactly what the dilutive effects will be or when.

It's worth mentioning, though, that there is considerable discussion in the filing of the negative effects of the decline of the ruble. They state that they have not hedged against this problem. Most of their operating revenues come from Russia. Lots of venture capital.

Would appreciate any comments you might have if you get time.
I don't think I would short it now but it's a good one to research and watch for now.

regards,
bb
