Joe you pulled the trigger too early. ALTR announcement should move both up another 5%. If it only moves ALTR, I will sell ALTR and buy XLNX. XLNX reports on 10/20 and will have as good as if not better numbers than ALTR. That should move them both up another 5%. Then would be a time to short if you are going to short at all. I am long ALTR now and will get out after XLNX reports but I don't consider shorting either of them a good investment. Just MHO
