(NETA) today unveiled Total Service Desk, an automated Internet help desk, and SupportMagic SQL 4.02, an upgrade to the Support Magic SQL help desk. In a press release Wednesday, the company said Total Service Desk provides event management and correlation tools for automated diagnosis and response to problems at individual terminals. The company said SupportMagic 4.02 incorporates programs formerly sold as add-on software into the SupportMagic code. Network Associates Inc. makes enterprise network security and management software.
