Actually i would have to agree with you on that, all it really is , is a glorified coupon we will supposedly get piad for..great concept if they can pull it off...it could work...when i was 12 i use to put beach sand in little bags with a cardboard header that read<<Oceanfront Property>>..id get 1.00 each for those things...so if people will buy something like that they sure as hell would buy a coupon to save a couple bux on a cd..as the circus guy Barnimun use to say..there is one born every minute....
