Pravin, there is no surprise that NSM will be concentrating its efforts on 0.18u. They said early on that 0.25u would be "practice" for their Portland fab.

What NSM said was that it would take all of 1998 and part of 1999 to transition their production from 0.35u thru 0.25u to 0.18u. That is EXACTLY what they are doing. And, by implication, they stated that any CPUs produced at 0.25u would be for the convenience of the company rather than in keeping with their long-term goals.

Gadzooks man ... look at your own posts from several months back. It may be boring, late and frustrating. But NSM is actually on-track when compared to their original product predictions.
