Stock consolidation has never been a substitute for revenues, profits or growth. The NASDAQ listing was a dreamy wish that won't happen in the absence of the foregoing.
Company officials have to be cheerleaders, ever extolling the enormous
success(es) just around the corner.Financial re-engineering by stock consolidations and name changes usually do nothing to improve the (mis)fortunes of undercapitalized companies experiencing cash burn among other difficulties.
If this technology was so good, why haven't the partnered deep pockets made an offer to own the whole thing?
The Asian meltdown is an elegantly comfortable excuse for fantasies unfulfilled. It's a safe bet that Malaysian malaise had zero impact on Riviera Drive in Markham.
Don't blame Vanderlee or his confederates, they ARE trying THEIR best.
The market, though, is their impartial judge, and the verdict says their best isn't good enough. On the old program, this is now a TEN CENT stock, on volume of a few thousand shares. Imagine the price
when an order to sell 20,000 at the market materializes.
