Glad you agree Frank but..

I don't think Mutual Fund managers are the problem here as one hardly sees them putting out recommendations and or making wild-ass comments, it is the other guys from Wall Street mostly and you know who they are.<gggg>

Also in defense of the M.Fs,I have to say that is the only suitable investment vehicle for many who are either not interested in the market or don't have the time to follow stocks like some of us. A lot of people also are afraid to go it alone for lack of knowledge or for other reasons.For those people this type of investing may be the right thing.My opinion here may be biased ---(vbg)--- as I also have a few mutual funds and hey they are not doing too bad they have been doubling every 4 1/2 to 5 years.
