good scoop fuz. I think in '99 we will see massive
contracts of this type. Not just by the standard
telecom companies, but ISP's and CLECs.

CLECs will be doing a lot of the building that the major
telecoms should be doing. Supposedly, CLECs as of late
can't get loans the way they use to about 6 months ago.
Credit crunch has affected the issue of riskier bonds that
the CLECs need. But, I don't think this will be a long
term situation.

Seems like COMS will be able to fit into any of the network
areas it wants to...even the areas it says it doesn't want
to be in.

With a little luck, we shall see COMS up high by end of
year. If not maybe we can learn to trade the hell out of
it between 24-32<g>.
