Mike: No, I don't work for Ericsson, but I have interview with them and we couldn't agree on a price. Well, I agree with that statement since TDMA has many, many more users than CDMA. You know, Apple's market share is growing, do you hear anyone stating that Apple is quickly becoming a standard? I don't think so, unless you are one of those hard-core Mac users. Research and development to erickson is hiring spies, and Lawyers to steal what they cant create. Hey, that is the inventive process. If one thinks up something that hasn't previously been disclosed or reduced to practice, you might have an invention. I know of an instance at the US PTO where an examiner, after he retired, applied for and received a few patents. dave
