MD--I hope you don't expect to find one specific factor for the low price. There may be many factors combined. But whatever the reason I can guarantee the low price will not attract much attention from serious investors. There is too much quality out there to be screwing around with trying to figure out bone-headed managements problems for lousy performance.

MD--OK, you piqued my interest. According to Zacks there currently two strong buys and two holds. The chart looks anemic. Incredible selling volume the past month or so. Book value is over $9.00. Clearly there is something funamentally wrong somewhere. I have placed a call to the company investor relations. The receptionist put my call through immediately. However, I had to leave a message on the voice mail. Will froward to you if I hear anything.
