"If the auditor was suprised Don selected him again, just think how surprised the stockholders are?" There you are ... being tiresome again. Do you ever listen to anything people tell you? Do you ever bother to check out the history of this stock? Do you always rely upon others to dig out facts for you? Any shareholder who attended the Annual Meeting in February would not have been surprised ... as you wishfully hoped above ... since the shareholders ratified the selection of the auditor at that meeting. Surprised? No. Concurring? Yes. Unanimously? No. Anyone who bothers to go back and read the discussion of the Annual Meeting here in SI will learn that the issue was discussed at considerable length between management and the shareholders at that time. But the selection of the auditor was ratified by the shareholders ... as is the tradition. Coming pretty close to time for you to put up or shut up. You are becoming pretty transparent.
