Michelle. the utilities index is doing well (take SBC). technology upgrades in this sector have traditionally lagged behind the market, but should begin to catch up given their increased earnings, increased cash flow (lower price of oil, natural gas has created higher than expected earnings while energy costs to the end user have remained constant). large market server types are concentrating in this sector, including Dell.
