Excellent questions... could you please paste those into an email and send to dwilliams@panambancorp.com? Also, could you please ask him for a top-level org. chart that shows the relationship of these various entities and even perhaps who their designated mgrs. are? I truly am NOT being facetious about this. Let's ALL work together on THIS thread and get the DD done. This issue certainly should be addressed in the 10Q that's about to come out, but perhaps we can get some info beforehand. There are things I'm also working on myself wrt DD. Please kindly share what you are told... Thanks in advance. Ron
