No doubt AMD has been a drag on Intel earnings, and in spite of some I my posts here, I don't look for AMD to go away anytime soon. But I think this next qtr will be a turning point for the resumption of growth for Intel. Margins were very fat and it was inevitable that they would come down, but I don't think they will continue to fall significantly from here on. AMD should even consider raising prices IMO.
