E.Charters,I agree with most you say, but the first sentence.This "should be allowed" thingy should read:"Must repay".There is only one flaw in the ointment.When there are no net assets left, what then? Give them tax money, earnestly earned by joe blow and bail the fat cat banks out?or all these stupid greedy creatures who wanted an increase of 30% a year without having to take a risk or sweat for it? I just cannot feel sorry for all these people when they are on the losing end for a change.The world and its business will march on regardless.I have experienced the total collapse of a civil society before and I can survive another one.Only this time I am more prepared.
