eeuuwww eeuuwww, I know, I know....

Compagnie de Signeaux or CS Telecom.

Do I get a kewpie doll?

EDIT: And all of the information that you stated about Philips and TRT is correct as far as I know (Philips is an NL based mega-company with a large French presence, of which TRT was a subsidiary).
Tom

If by TRT you are referring to Telecommunications Radioelectriques et
Telephoniques of Paris, that was a former Philips subsidiary, divested a few years ago, along with some of its other telecom assets. Pop quiz - who was the buyer?

ibrandbuck,

You are right on all counts. Tom Dietz is The Man on this pup. He's got all the background. And you're right I've got the Philips, TRT divestiture backwards. DOH! Guess that takes my credibility on this thread into negative territory. Ah well. Life goes on. ;0
