Well, I guess she may not need a good Voice Recognition system!

I assume she types using one of the abbreviated Japanese character sets?

Aaron,

Does she type in romaji and appear in kana, or does she have a kana keyboard overlay? Doesn't she have to flip through the on-line kanji dictionary to convert the kana into kanji? I know it beats a Japanese manual typewriter, but I at least the Mac Japanese language kit is much more complicated than entering English.
