well i'm glad i'm not the only one with such concerns. of course if nobody votes their concerns, it won't matter. i think the current non-employee (ie: director) plan is that you vest one third of your options instantly and then one third more at the end of each of the next two years. i like this. i don't want it changed. i'll vote against the amendment to change this unless somebody gives me a good reason not to. i encourage everybody else to read their proxy thoroughly and fill it out, for once. better yet, meet me and chubs and everybody else at the shareholder's meeting :) marc
