These guys keep bringing up the Radio Shack deal and how the stock rose dramatically.That was before millions of shares were pumped into their dilution.With the amount of shares out there it would take either a big buy back or mandatory placement of those lighted dice on every car in the world.I do think it's a great little company but have been ticked on how they have treated share holder's with this immense dilution.IMO

Right Eric - Obtaining filing status is critical - !!

What is the current status on moving non filing companies to the pink sheets next year. ??

Long LTGL - Company OK IMO - Just make sure that co mngmnt does not shoot itself in the foot.
