So you agree that perjury is a felony. If a felon cannot be elected to the office, can we justify letting a felon continue to occupy the office?

We can argue all day about the constitutional "high crimes and misdemeanors" phrase. Don't you consider a felony to be WORSE than a misdemeanor?
