Globex is a rummy(TM) market, so FV doesn't matter much. Just like Japan, which punched back down thru 13,000. They are on their lunch break now scrounging up some pension money to get to 14,000 by close. Like the rest of Asia.

Anatole Kaletsky (journalist in London Times) reckons that we've bottomed out on last Thursday. He often seems pretty much on the ball and is a somewhat friend of Soros. Well at least in terms of a crash being unlikely. I don't think he sees the bear market going away though. In other words he's roughly where I've been at the last few days.

PS it's getting pretty tough to understand some of the messages on this thread. Full of POS (which one?), TM etc. :)
