Good point Kevin - And to those who seems to think that much can be read from the audited book - please read 1996 and explain me what difference is to be seen in the 1997 !

Non filing brings problems as Kevin stated, and we are not able to see the full story about how actions were this spring. Issuing shares a.s.o.

I don't know this to be FACT. The last I remember, the SEC was considering this but hadn't adopted it as a policy.
