Ouch is right! Thank God I don't own NGWY but I do own ADMR. The way I look at this is that NGWY is hurt more than ADMR with takeover offer being rescinded. ADMR still has $60 mm + (give or take) in revenues and has positive earnings so NGWY could have gotten that pretty cheap. Yes ADMR's President resigned but he wasn't one of the founders of the company. I just hope that ADMR recovers a bit so I can get my money back. Bill
