Thanks Sean,

Why the change to TF+8?
Read's QP2 Native Now.
Very Fast Scanning.
More powerful Indicator/Scanning command language than Metastock. (very terse though, its the total opposite of Omegas easy language, looks like APL)
Powerful multi-security system tester.
Adequate Charting.
I hate having to convert data formats.
reasonable price.
Steve Zodkoy and Bill S. both recommend it highly.

rtrsoftware.com

Looks like very good reasons to change.

Anyone who can help with Excel VBA for QP2

How do I modify the Macros Gary put in the Excel.zip files to limit the number of day to output?

This is the section of the code I thought would control it;

If Len(Symbol) = 0 Then
Call Done ' Nothing to do
Exit Sub
Else 'Try to load the data
' This function call sets raw mode to false and ignore Holidays to true.
NumDays = LoadSymbol(Symbol, Data(1), MAX_DAYS, 0, 1)
End If

I modified only one line to
NumDays = 260
and remarked out the original line.

What I got was approximately 130 days from the QPData buffer and the balance of 260 days was the oldest data from the DSKBUFF file. Leaving a BIG hole in the data.

Does not compute <g> literally.

Any help will be appreciated.
TIA
Roy
