FRB is the Financial Relations Board, which is an investor relations firm with offices in several major cities. They help(???) publicize the company's press releases and can serve as investor, analyst and broker contacts. They can arrange company/investor luncheons and help organize tours of the NI or Henderson facility. To date their contribution to telling the Valence story is questionable in my opinion, but if they indeed did confirm the company's eagerness to have investors visit NI, that's a real positive.
