I think AHP called the merger off because they realized that they would not be able to get Taste of Nature out of Brazil without AZNT and the help of that Colonel named
. . . ooops, you know how the military is, I can't post it.

Time to look now for the Mother-of-all-hostile-take-overs. AHP will surely not leave the negotiating table with out owning AZNT. With the short squeeze and the take over attempts there is no telling how the trading will end up.
