ED - points taken on salary - ridiculous - No one takes those types of salaries and all those options with a company at this stage. I have some ideas and am giving a lot of thought to conatcting the ASE about a junior capital pool company.

Ony two types of people make money in this game - insiders and brokers. Right now I aint neither

Ed, I'm sorry if you think I'm being taken down the garden path, but I also think it is appropriate to pass on the "minutes" of conversations with management.

Re Marion Taylor, he claims to like Marion and thought she was doing an OK job, that's why they asked her to stay on, as long as she would stop bad-mouthing the co. I didn't say I believed that part, Ed, I just passed it on.

You make good comments re the mgmt salary/fees issue. Dean did say the CFO was apologizing for his error in not picking up on the 22 consecutive quarters thing; he also slipped in the fact that the CFO spends "most" of his time on KIK. Obviously, they were forced into reducing mgmt compensation, but at least it was done.

Dean also said that they were talking to a retired broker about doing the IR work for KIK.

I believe his point on the financing is that they can't be profitable at this level of sales; they need higher volumes to do that, and the financing proceeds are to be used to launch a marketing campaign to that end. Whether you believe they will waste that cash is another thing........

Dean did sound reasonable, but if you remember, my final conclusion was, and still is, that this junior ain't going nowhere for a long time, and if they don't get some cash, they'll be disappearing. Like most of my stinkin' juniors, I can't decide if I should just dump and move on.
