If in fact that was a rollover from Octobers to Nov's, then don't forget that this person was willing to hold those octobers up until TODAY.. They saw the time premium being pissed away yet they still waited until two days before expiration to switch. This implies that they expect something catastrophic to happen to Amazon's stock price ANY DAY NOW.
