<<The media spin will be negative but I interpret it as a mixed report.>> Already started -- Maria suggesting the build in crude stocks are higher than expected (although, to her credit, she did mention the drop in gasoline stocks and said something to the effect that the two cancel one another). She also mentioned an ARCO conf. call today to announce some restructuring. Let's see whether they mention their E&P budget. Crude futures have dropped below $14, but they have been up and down overnight, so who knows?
