If I thought it would get me close to whole on my position as a Bay shareholder I would be all for it (smile), but as we all know the only ones who come out on top in a class action suit like this are the attorneys on both sides. The people who are hurt the most are the lowly shareholders like me. I held on through the merger and am very disheartened by what has gone down ie my money down the drain so to speak but this is not the remedy. We move to new lows tomorrow perhaps?
George
