The technology that your referring to is Bathymetric Survey Study or something like that. My understanding of this is that it's a relatively new technology and it just scratches the surface of the Lake Bottom. I believe that Dr. P stated that he feels that the Pipe is DEEP under Snap. The "upside down" pipe theory has some Merit to it. CL-186 is about 200 meters away from the Lake. It has been drilled twice. One drill hit over 100 meters of Kimberlite and the other drill Missed completely. 100 meters is a far cry from making a pipe. CL- 186 sounds like a "Foldover" in the fault or just a complex vent.

Like you said, "It's very frustrating" and if a Pipe is found these two dykes will be Gravy.
