Hi Barney:

Praise the Lord that you did not lose assets in the meltdown; yes, meltdown ! I go on the bible verse the Lord shall keep us "far from terror". And the Lord had me 95% cash early this year. I am now back 100 % invested but conservatively in areas that are off 40 to 60 % off their highs.

When you say you are in real estate I presume commercial or residential rentals. This is one area where I feel it would be wise to diversify into. I would do it myself but I am heavily weighted in real estate not only having a home but also a business in a good downtown location.

Would you have any ideas about someone who would like to start investing in retirement property. At what point ( meaning # years from retirement) would it be wise to consider.

In Christ.gregor
