Doug, You drew those intraday DJIA IHS b/o's for me. I was looking for somewhere to focus and there were too many choices. I dropped the ball, but I'm still interested. 1 or 5 min S&P trends nicely, almost always turning on a dime. The signals and their violations should be extra crisp there. I believe the logic behind HS and IHS is more than just a casual component of the comkey. It's past the time I learn all the nuances. Let's try it again in SanAn. Transportation Index heating up from 2500 to near 2800. That's 10% in 2 days. Sector rotation continues . . worth watching. decisionpoint.com Osci

Well step on a dog's tail Doug! Crack the window, you need some fresh air in the lab... "I sense a tendency toward externalization in your posts over the last few months" Not quite sure what you mean by that, and I'm not going back to college to figure it out either , so ya better explain it to me. "I am not sure that your backtest code is consistent with the actual scan. " Good to question that. And maybe I don't, that's why Ive asked for an update a couple of times. Still asking... I put the original tight parameters in and got 173 hits about 5.7 per week. but 0 pastes. So I loosened it up and got the pastes. 6, which I think is impressive, you da man! I also ran the paste scan in the same period and got 213 hits (first occurrence only) with 74% >5% gainers and 0, a big ZERO losses!! Just ran a bdog comkey and got 4 pastes in 90 hits, that's the best I have ever come up with in the last few months, creepin up slowly but still a long ways away. thanks for all your hard work bworkintoomuchdog
