Maurice: Of course, they could just go it alone, but with rabid, confiscatory, USA anti-trust monopoly fears, it wouldn't be long before the USA would just steal it from QUALCOMM, all in the greater good of course. You never know. Isn't that one of the reasons Intel has gotten into trouble? Maybe the IP laws should be re-written. If you are a multi-billion dollar company, one should give all their IP to smaller, less qualified companies. I didn't know about Linkabit, thanks. dave
