Looks like they took out a short term loan to remain viable. Wonder what the terms were?

I am going to short SEBL.

Have received good reports that Tom Seibal is flooding brokers with shares. A lot of analysts are getting skeptical on the story do to the the problems of the other enterprise software vendors and more competition in the SFA sector.

Hmmm...we're not too far from resistance at Dow 8150 and S&P 1050-1060. You might as well see if they are taken out first. Otherwise you might be getting in at the top of the range.
