True. By definition an initial public offering can only be made when the company is not already publicly traded.

They could do a reverse split (ie, 1 for 10) to raise the price temporarily, but that would probably be a huge mistake, because the price on reverse splits sometimes moves back down toward the pre-split price.

FNTN must produce real verifiable results before their price approaches the $4 minimum.
