Additionally, he represented free and clear title but there was a $2,000,000 EPA cleanup fee attached to the property. He failed to live up to his commitment and place this fee into an escrow account. Likewise the LPS Sea Soil deal. I sure hope CSMA didn't pay out a lot of cash to the person they have doing due diligence on their behalf. Or do they even have anyone doing DD? Sounds to me like management is either knowingly churning out press releases that they can say "oops, we made a mistake" or they are awfully unsophisticated or more likely strapped for the cash it takes to hire someone to do proper DD. How is it possible to get into deals that deeply without having all the pertinent facts. Beyond me. c

Thank you Dave... You beat me to it!!!! So, guys....Can you understand, some of you, why I chose to keep my shares...And why I have been accused of being Millis???? So, yes, the co. sure has made mistakes....But it seems to me, between characters such as 'Butch" (geez, who would continue to call themselves "Butch" in a professional world) and Pickens...It is of my opinion, that I was very very glad to get these people out of the way!!!! Both people misrepresented themselves BIG TIME...AS I DO NOT BELIEVE IT WAS A MISTAKE...I THEREFORE MUST FEEL THAT IT WAS OUTRIGHT DECEIT!! And there's probably more to the whole story...IMHO...Just the fact that both of these people knew in advance what was on the up and up tells you how much they should be trusted!!!! So, if we have possibly Pickens and possibly Butch on this board in Seep Clothing......I would think they would be doing the most squacking and badmouthing of them all????????????????????? I may in fact be mistaken...but didn't either Paul D or HK Boner say that they were in touch with 4 mil. shares???? HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM...Boy does that number look familiar? I am not accusing anyone.....JUST ASKING!!!! Have a goodone. BTW: Costumes come off at midnight!! And you shall find under mine.....ME!!!IRVINESULLY!
