Alydaar has purchased the right to the ERP technology from SenseNet
Inc., a New York City-based software development firm. To date, these
ERP software modules have been installed in several Fortune 500
corporations around the world. Clients include: Eastman Kodak (EK),
Lucent Technologies (LU), Pfizer (PFE), Sprint (FON), and Warner Bros.
(TWX).

How much did it cost and is this going to effect EPS in Q3? SO is SenseNet no longer going to use this tech? These customers are still belong to SenseNet or are they now Alydaar's? I still see too many ????????
Hope next press release is on it's way.

Good luck to all,Mansour
