James Tilton, in addition to being president of TNRG, just became
president of Gourmet's Choice Coffee Co., Inc. (OTC BB: GMCH).
GMCH just acquired ($3.2 million in stock) AmViet Development Corp. (AMVD) from International Beverage Development Corporation (IBDC). AMVD is a 70% partner with a Vietnam beer company (the beer company put in land, buildings and equipment of a beer factory for its 30%). AMVD has 30-year rights to a fresh water natural spring in Vietnam and they have converted the beer factory to a water bottling factory. In addition, AMVD has a licence from The Monarch Beverage Co. (Atlanta) to import, bottle, and distribute all of Monarch's beverages for the entire country of Vietnam. Dad's Old Fashioned Root Beer, Dr. Wells, Kick-A-Poo Joy Juice, Frosty Root Beer, Nesbitt's Strawberry, Nesbitt's Lemon-Lime,Nesbitt's California Sun Tea Lemon, Orange Kist, and several flavors of Sun Crest, Quench, and others. GMCH is trading on the OTC BB at 5-cent bid, 6-cents asked. There are only 6.23 million shares in the public float. Trading range has been 3-cents to
62.5-cents during the past 11-months. You can receive a due diligence package from Fifth Avenue Communications by calling 800-992-6616 or via e-mail at: fifth@juno.com or fax to 316-688-0998.

O'Brien:
Thanks for getting that number to us as I have to be at work at 2:30
until 11:30.
I will try to conference in but my patients may have other ideas!
Hate when that happens! Ha.
Just now talked to Robert at LBJ and he confirmed the call is still on and that the replay will work if we don't get in.
I asked if the call was just to say hello and give us the warm and fuzzies and he said it is to clarify some of the issues people have brought up. He was careful to not let anything leak but hopefully it can only be affirmation of 1-2 of the many projects that are near fruition.
Long and holding!
