I tend to believe that the 'crazy bubble time' would soon come to its rightful end. With hedge funds blowing up, a lot of leverage - and thus liquidity is disappearing from the system. Bubbles will burst sooner rather than later and the larger economy will slow as credit crunch develops (which will affect most business earnings). In such an environment, speculative stocks like AMZN have little room to maintain fantasy valuations. AMZN mania would end with a crash. Once again sooner than later, IMO.

Range will contract. Major resolution by end-of month I suppose. Looks as if this stock will either be 150+ by mid Nov, or 40.

I see it differently. Why, 1. low volume and 2. tomorrow being the options closing date.

Absence of serious sellers/buyers, lots of options related activities. People were closing/opening Oct 90, 95, 100 puts yesterday, and they are doing it again today. Yesterday's puts volumes were quite high, but open interests were relatively unchanged!
