You are right, but in this market, there are windows and niches of opportunities, and if you take too long, they are gone forever. That's exactly why IDT did so spectacularly for a while, and now they are being challenged by the Big Boys. And IDT has lots of revenues and customers (I have one of their calling cards), they are Listed, and, of course, fully reporting. So, therefore, with all due respects, giving them lots of time to complete their mission is not necessarily a good long term strategy. And, to complete their mission, they need a Much larger staff then they have now. The days of one man entrenuership are long gone in this industry, IMO. One man may provide the vision, but he cannot be in 10 places simultaneously, while, at the same time, doing the important paperwork which he owes to his shareholders. A non-reporting company is a nonentity, IMO.
