Highlights:
-- Management provided an informative presentation on the
company's primary businesses as well as an overview of the xDSL
market.
-- Management continues to focus on its 3 primary customers: Bell
Atlantic, GTE, and British Telecom, while strengthening strategic
relationships with Lucent, Alcatel, and Fujitsu
-- We maintain our "buy" investment rating on the stock. No change
to estimates.
