HI LG; I don't want to suspect it so hard as to miss the run, it
could be a real good one. I just want to keep a close eye on the
money flow, that it's not just going from one to the other.

In the past I said we would not have a melt down until after the
small caps had a big run. But I've been on that kick so long and
it not happen that I am doubting my model. ( that's most often
a mistake I make ) over time my models seem to work good.

This could turn out to be a real rally across the board with
the small caps making their over due come back.
It's a bit early to say, anyway don't take my post as if I'm calling
for more down side, I'm more neutral than anything, just cautiously watching.

The dramatic drop in the dollar in the last two weeks has little to
compare it to, and really has me baffled. Longer term I see it as
a real bad omen, and more National Debt, but that may take some
time to hit home, in fact I guess that's the idea behind it.
Shove the problem out forward and let the next gang work on it.
Jim
