Kevin, Thanks and BTW: I think it is ABSURD that the SEC does not require ALL publicly traded companies to be REPORTING. IF they did, the public would be MUCH less likely to get ripped off. A LOT of investors have be HAD by the past deeds of FAMH. I know ARIF let it happen but I personally put 95% of the blame on IRA. Particularly in this electronic age, investors need protection. Maybe they could streamline the reporting requirements for small companies (just submittal of audited financials) but investors deserve some level of accountability. On the other hand, we investors had the opportunity to WAIT for audited financials, didn't we? later, leroyt
